摘　　要：猪圆环病毒3型(porcine circovirus 3,PCV3)是猪群中流行的一种新型猪圆环病毒。2016—2017年,世界范围陆续报道在猪群中发现PCV3,包括美国、中国、美国、韩国、巴西、波兰和意大利等。PCV3感染多见于具有皮炎肾病综合征(PDNS)和繁殖障碍症状的猪群,目前病毒尚未分离成功。本文综述了已报道的PCV3在世界范围内的流行情况,介绍了当前研究的PCV3分子和血清学诊断方法。Porcine circovirus 3 (PCV3) is a new type of epidemic virus in pigs. In 2016-2017,PCV3 was found in pigs around world,including United States,China,South Korea,Brazil,Poland,Italy and so on. In this review,we have firstly introduced the structure and pathological features of PCV3;and then summarized the prevalence of this virus in the world,and finally introduced the methods of molecular and serum diagnosis of PCV3 currently used.
