摘　　要：结合发码箱设备在动车检修库遇到的实际问题和需求,设计了一款可以实现远程控制和辅助测试的装置,并研发了手持APP软件或在PC端使用的专用控制软件,利用移动网络或互联网,直观地控制发码箱某路通道的开启或关闭,同时实时显示发码箱各条测试回线当前的状态,改进和优化了发码箱的功能,进而为检修工作提供便利,提高工作效率。Combined with the actual problems and requirements of code box encountered in the EMU maintenance workshop,a remote control and computer aided test device is designed.Its APP software for handhe!d terminals and special control software for PC's have been developed. By utilizing mobile network or the internet,a certain channel of the box can be controlled to start up or shut down in an intuitive manner.Meanwhile,the current status of each test loop of the code box in real time way and the function of the code box can be improved and optimized,hence facilitating the maintenance and enhancing the work efficiency.
