安神解郁汤联合万艾可治疗阳痿临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察安神解郁汤联合万艾可治疗阳痿的疗效。方法:将符合心因性勃起功能障碍诊断标准以及中医辨证为心神不宁证和肝气郁结证的患者50例,随机分为实验组30例和对照组20例,实验组采用安神解郁汤口服,同时服用万艾可;对照组仅服用万艾可,疗程4周,根据国际标准勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)观察表,观察治疗前后患者勃起功能的变化。结果:治疗4周后,2组问题3以及问题4评分均较治疗前改善(P <0.05),且实验组改善优于对照组(P <0.05)。治疗1周、2周、4周后,实验组IIEF-5总评分较治疗前改善(P <0.05),且优于同时点的对照组(P <0.05)。对照组治疗1周、2周后与治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗4周后与治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。2组治疗效果进行Ridit分析,实验组疗效优于对照组(P <0.05)。2组血常规、肝肾功能和心电图正常,均未出现明显不良反应。结论:安神解郁汤联合万艾可治疗心因性勃起功能障碍患者能有效改善勃起能力,安神定志、疏肝解郁法是治疗阳痿的有效方法。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Anshen Jieyu tang combined with Viagra for erectile dysfunction(ED).Methods:Selected 50 cases of patients who met the diagnostic criteria of psychogenic erectile dysfunction and were diagnosed with spirit-upsetting syndrome or liver-qi stagnation syndrome through Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation,and divided them into two groups randomly,30 cases in the experiment group and 20 cases in the control group.The control group received Viagra,while the experiment group additionally received the oral administration of Anshen Jieyu tang.The course of treatment lasted for 4 weeks.Observed the changed of erectile function of patients before and after treatment according to the International Index of Erectile Function(IIEF-5).Results:After 4 weeks of treatment,scores of the 3 rd and 4 th questions in both groups were improved when comparing with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores in the experiment group were improved better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the 1 st,2 nd and 4 th weeks of treatment,the total scores of IIEF-5 in the experiment group were improved when comparing with those before treatment(P<0.05),being better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After the 1 st and 2 nd weeks of treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the control group when comparing with those before treatment(P>0.05);after 4 weeks of treatment,there was significant difference being found in the control group when comparing with those before treatment(P<0.05).The clinical effect in both groups was analyzed via Ridit,indicating that the clinical effect in the experiment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).The results of blood routine examination,hepatic and renal function and electrocardiogram were normal without obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion:Anshen Jieyu tang combined with Viagra can effectively improve the erectile ability of patients with psychogenic ED,of which the effective therapeutic methods inclu
