摘　　要："生态经济经营"模式是通过建立"生态投资价值指数(生态货币)"作为介质,引导社会资本进入,从生态无形价值资产到有形投资资本,通过市场化机制实现生态资源天然的公益属性转变为商业属性可投资化的资产,并以其天然的生态复合收益和政府托底生态保护的国家属性,以实现保值增值的一整套措施体系和模式。通过生态资源的资产化、生态资产的资本化、生态资本的产品化、生态产品的市场化过程,促进区域经济、生态环境保护与社会发展相互协调。The"Ecological Economy Management"model is a complete set of measures and management system.By establishing"Ecological Investment Value Index(Ecological Currency)"as a medium,the"Ecological Economy Management"model can guide social capital into ecological environment protection sector,transform intangible ecological assets into tangible investable capital,meanwhile,transform ecological resources with natural public welfare attribute to investable assets with commercial attributes through market-oriented mechanism.As it retains its original comprehensive ecological benefits and state support attributes at the same time,the preservation and appreciation of ecological resources can be realized.Through a four-step process,i.e.identification ecological assets from ecological resources,ecological assets capitalization,ecological product forming and ecological product marketization,the"Ecological Economy Management"model can promote coordinated development of regional economy,ecological environment protection and society.
