摘　　要：中国海洋科技水平近年来得到大幅度的提升,这对中国在海洋权益方面逐步采用实际行动捍卫合法权益并进行相关的海洋开发工作具有非常重要的作用。海洋岛屿岛礁建设进入了一个新的历史时期,随着该阶段相关的设施建设不断加强,海洋岛屿的战略地位正在不断提升。海洋岛屿自然资源的优化具有几大特征:即集约性、长期性以及可持续性,因此有必要加强对我国海洋岛屿自然资源优化策略的研究。With the improvement of Marine science and technology in China, China has begun to take practical actions to defend maritime rights and interests and develop and utilize Marine resources. The construction of islands and reefs in the south China sea has entered a new historical stage, and China’s maritime strategic status in the south China sea is being continuously strengthened through the construction of new stage facilities. In view of the long-term, intensive and sustainable land use in the south China sea,it is necessary to study the land use strategy in the south China sea.
