摘 要:由于电磁超声换能器(EMAT)内嵌永磁铁,使其对铁磁性材料检测时极难移动,尤其面向高温环境时极不便利。通过建立嵌入脉冲电磁铁的电磁超声换能器(PE-EMAT)有限元模型,分析了脉冲电磁铁结构工艺参数对其磁场强度和感应涡流强度的影响。同时,为使PE-EMAT面向高温环境,建立传感器内部流体传热模型,研究其内部流场与温度场相互作用,构造最优水循环冷却系统。基于上述优化,搭建可适用于高温的PE-EMAT无损检测系统平台。实验结果表明:优化后脉冲电磁铁可取代永磁铁,且PE-EMAT无损检测系统可准确探测出高温下材料内部缺陷,其探测性能与EMAT接近。Due to the permanent magnetiron embedded in electromagnetic ultrasonic transducer( EMAT),it is extremely difficult to move when detecting the ferromagnetic material,it is inconvenient especially in high temperature environment. Therefore,by establishing the finite element model for EMAT embedded in pulsed electromagnet( PE-EMAT),influence of process parameters of pulsed electromagnet on the magnetic field and the induced eddy current intensity are analyzed. At the same time,in order to make PE-EMAT adapt to hightemperature environment,a heat transfer model for the internal fluid is established and the interaction between inner flow field and the temperature field is studied to construct the optimal water circulation cooling system. Based on the above optimization,a built-in non-destructive testing platform of PE-EMAT suitable for high temperature is set up and verified experimentally. The experimental results show that the optimized pulsed electromagnet iron can replace the permanent magnet,and the PE-EMAT non-destructive testing system can accurately detect the material internal defects at high temperature,and the detection performance is close to EMAT.
