摘  要:针对市场上已有的车载电动助力转向系统(EPS)扭矩传感器存在易受噪声干扰、供电困难等缺点,结合声表面波(SAW)器件灵敏度高、抗干扰能力强等特点,提出了根据SAW原理对转向扭矩测量的方案。基于车载EPS使用环境复杂、温度变化大的特点,提出了一种可以消除温度影响的EPS用SAW扭矩传感器结构设计方案。在信号处理方面,针对M-Rife算法在对频率估计时,估计结果总体会发生频率偏移和误差过大的问题,提出了一种基于Welch和迭代插值算法对M-Rife算法改进的新算法。仿真和试验结果表明:改进的算法在估计EPS用SAW扭矩传感器频率信号方面拥有较好的精度,优于单独使用M-Rife算法。Aiming at shortcomings of the existing electronic power steering( EPS) torque sensor are easily affected by noise,and power supply is difficult,combined with characteristics of high sensitivity and strong anti-interference ability of surface acoustic wave( SAW) device a steering torque measurement method is put forward according to the principle of SAW. Based on the characteristics of complex environment and large temperature variation of vehicle-mounted EPS,a structural design scheme of SAW torque sensor for EPS is proposed,which can eliminate temperature effects. In signal processing,aiming to the M-Rife algorithm in frequency estimation,the total of estimation results will occur frequency offset and the error is too large,a new algorithm of improved M-Rife algorithm based on Welch and iterative interpolation( IIN) algorithms is proposed. Simulation and test results show that the improved algorithm has better precision in estimation of SAW torque sensor frequency signal for EPS,it is prior to that while the M-Rife algorithm is simply used.
