摘 要:多元热流体热采技术在渤海稠油油田应用中取得较好的增油效果,但出现的多轮次注热期间部分井气窜问题降低了开发效果,制约了技术的扩大应用。针对此问题,提出了多井同注多元热流体与温敏凝胶调堵防窜相结合的新思路,并通过数值模拟优化了注入井数和注入参数,通过室内实验对温敏凝胶进行了评价,结合数值模拟和实验结果制定了现场实施方案。实验结果表明,多元热流体的非凝析气体不会对温敏凝胶的成胶产生影响,温敏凝胶的封堵率可达到99%。现场实施复合调堵增效工艺后的结果表明,两井同注抵消了单井注入期间相互气窜的影响,邻井见气时机延后、产气量峰值降低,产气量降低80%,4口邻井均能正常生产,开井后两井日产油较热采前提高了60%~80%。此工艺在提高采收率的同时,能够有效封堵地层高渗条带,治理气窜效果较明显。Multi-component thermal fluid(MCTF) thermal recovery technology was applied in Bohai heavy oilfields achieving good result with oil increment.However,gas channeling in some wells during multiple rounds of thermal injection weakened the development effect and restricted the application of the technology.Aiming at this problem,a new idea of combining multi-well simultaneous injection with multi-component thermal fluid and profile control and plugging for channeling prevention with temperature-sensitive gel was put forward.The number of injection wells and injection parameters were optimized by numerical simulation.The temperature-sensitive gel was evaluated by laboratory experiments,and the field implementation scheme was worked out based on the numerical simulation and experimental results.The experimental results show that non-condensate gas among the multi-component thermal fluid will not affect the gelling of the temperature-sensitive gel,and the plugging efficiency of the temperature-sensitive gel can reach 99%.The application of compound profile control and plugging technology shows that the effect of gas channeling during single well injection was offset by two-well simultaneous injection.Gas breakthrough time of adjacent wells was delayed,peak value of gas production dropped,and gas production reduced by 80%.Four adjacent wells can be produced normally.Daily oil production of the two wells increased by 60%-80% compared with that before ther-mal recovery.The application of the technology can effectively plug the high-permeability zones while improv-ing oil recovery,and has obvious effect on controlling gas channeling.
