摘 要:举升工艺技术选择不当会降低工艺本身对特定油井工作条件的适应性,从而导致设计使用寿命缩短和设计生产能力减弱,不仅会严重影响产量,还会增加生产费用。在综合考虑举升工艺自身技术特性和油藏自然特性的基础上,建立了包括系统基本状况、下泵深度、排量、井下特征、油藏特性和生产操作等6个一级指标和15个二级指标在内的举升工艺技术综合优选评价指标体系;基于使用AHP(层次分析法)对评价主指标权重的量化,利用加权评分法对比了抽油机与螺杆泵、电泵其他两种常规人工举升方法。结果表明,抽油机、螺杆泵和电泵的最终适应性加权平均结果分别是3.29、2.88和2.08,对于自然特性不同的油藏,抽油机的适应性最强。抽油机井节能设备优化匹配结果表明,对于常规水驱油藏,日产液量较小时应考虑选用Y系列电机+变频配电箱组合,随日产液量增加,选用高转差电机+普通配电箱较为经济合理。对于化学驱油藏,高转差电机的节能优势明显要优于Y系列电机,且当日产液小于60t/d时,应选用普通配电箱,而当产液大于60t/d应选用变频配电箱。Inappropriate artificial lift technology may not be suitable to the special oil well conditions,and results in shortened life and weakened production capability.Production rate may drop and cost may increase.Based on technical characteristics of the artificial lift technology and natural characteristics of the oil reser-voir,comprehensive optimized evaluation index system for the artificial lift technology was proposed including basic system conditions,downhole pump depth,discharge capacity,downhole feature,reservoir characteristics and operation six first-class indexes and fifteen second-class indexes.AHP(analytic hierarchy process)was applied to quantification of the weight of major evaluation indexes.Based on that,weighted method was applied to correlation between rod pump unit and progressive cavity pump,electric submersible pump two common artificial lift technologies.The results show that weighted mean value of ultimate adaptability is 3.29,2.88 and 2.08 respectively.The rod pump unit has the strongest adaption for the oil reservoir with various natural characteristics.Optimized matching result of the energy-saving equipment in the rod pumping well presents that the combination of Y-series motor and variable-frequency power distribution box should be applied when the daily fluid production is few for the common water flooding reservoirs,and the combination of high slip motor and common power distribution box should be applied when the daily fluid production increases.The high slip motor has the features of energy-saving more obviously than Y-series motor for the chemical flood-ing reservoirs,and common power distribution box and variable-frequency power distribution box should be applied respectively when the daily fluid production is less or more than 60 t/d.
