摘　　要：雄安市民服务中心项目采用创新的投资建设运营模式,国内首例联合投资人(UIP)模式。在该模式下,承包方集投资人、建设者、运营方于一身,面对数量急剧上升的干系方,项目设计-施工-运营过程中信息沟通效率和方案决策准确性成为关键,BIM作为建筑信息的载体,是高效连接参与各方的纽带,在本项目全生命周期的应用充分展现了其价值。Xiongan Citizen Service Center project has innovated the investment and construction operation mode and adopted the first joint investor mode(unite investment partner) in China. In this mode,the UIP set investors,builders,operators in a variety of roles. With a rapid increase of involved parties,the information communication efficiency and accuracy become the key of project decision-making,as a building information carrier,BIM is the tie that efficient connected parties involved in the whole life-cycle of this project,and fully show its value.
