推拿联合行为干预治疗儿童原发性夜间遗尿症临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察推拿联合行为干预治疗儿童原发性夜间遗尿症的临床疗效。方法:将60例原发性夜间遗尿症患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组各30例。对照组采用行为干预治疗,治疗组采用推拿联合行为干预治疗,疗程均为3个月。观察两组临床疗效、中医证候积分的变化情况及复发率。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为90.0%,对照组临床总有效率为66.7%,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗前两组中医证候积分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组中医证候积分均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05); 2个月后,治疗组的复发率为11.1%,对照组为60.0%,治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:推拿联合行为干预治疗儿童原发性夜间遗尿症临床疗效良好,复发率低。Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of combination of massage and behavioral intervention in the treatment of primary nocturnal enuresis in children. Methods: 60 patients with primary nocturnal enuresis were randomly divided into the control group and treatment group,30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with the behavioral intervention,and the treatment group was treated with the massage combined with behavioral intervention,with a course of 3 months. The clinical efficacy,Chinese medical syndrome scores and recurrence rate were observed. Results: The clinical total effective rates were 90. 0% in the treatment group and66.7% in the control group,the clinical efficacy of the treatment group was obviously better than that of the control group( P<0.05).Before the treatment,there were no statistically significant differences on the Chinese medical syndrome scores between the two group( P>0.05). Compared with treatment before,the Chinese medical syndrome scores were significantly decreased in both groups after treatment( P<0.05),and the Chinese medical syndrome scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group( P<0.05). During 2-month follow-up,the recurrence rate were 11.1% in the treatment group and 60.0% in the control group,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was obviously lower than that of the control group( P<0.01). Conclusion: Combination of massage and behavioral intervention shows good clinical efficacy in the treatment of primary nocturnal enuresis in children,with lower recurrence rate.
