摘　　要：岩黄连是中国西南民间传统中药,常用于治疗肝炎、肝硬化、肝癌等疾病。现代研究表明,岩黄连主要含有生物碱类和甾体类化合物,具有保肝、抗肝炎病毒、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗菌等药理活性。通过对近年来国内外有关岩黄连的化学成分以及药理作用的研究进行系统综述,为进一步研究开发其药用价值提供参考。Corydalis saxicola Bunting,a well-known traditional Chinese folk medicine grows in southwest of China,has been used to treat liver diseases such as hepatitis,cirrhosis and hepatoma for a long time.Modern studies show that the main chemical constituents of this plant include alkaloids and steroids,which have the efficacy of hepatoprotective,anti-hepatitis viruses,anti-tumor,anti-inflammatory,and antibacterial.This review highlights the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Corydalis saxicola Bunting based on studies published in last decades,and provides the references for the further development and utilization of Corydalis saxicola Bunting.
