摘　　要：目的:分析重型破伤风患者应用机械通气治疗联合肌松剂、镇静镇痛剂、木萸散的治疗效果。方法:2012年4月至2018年4月在中国人民解放军联勤保障部队第909医院就诊的重型破伤风患者中进行随机抽取,本研究纳入患者共计31例,所有患者均接受机械通气治疗联合肌松剂、镇静镇痛剂、木萸散治疗,观察患者治疗效果。结果:31例患者均获得成功治愈,治愈率为100%,平均ICU入住时间为(13.5±2.0)d,平均住院时间为(28.9±3.2)d,随访结果显示患者均未出现严重并发症。结论:重型破伤风患者应用机械通气治疗联合肌松剂、镇静镇痛剂、木萸散治疗能够取得理想确切的疗效,有利于使患者生命质量得到改善和提升。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of mechanical ventilation therapy combined with muscle relaxant, sedative analgesic and Muyu San in patients with severe tetanus. Methods From April 2012 to April 2018, we randomly selected patients with severe tetanus in No. 909 hospital of the people’s liberation army joint service support force. A total of 31 patients were included in the study. All patients received mechanical ventilation therapy combined with muscle relaxant, sedative analgesic, and Muyu San. Dispersion treatment, observe the patient’s treatment effect. Results All 31 patients were successfully cured, the cure rate was 100%, the average ICU stay was(13.5 ± 2.0) days, and the average hospital stay was(28.9 ± 3.2) days. The follow-up results showed no serious complications, observe the patient’s treatment effect. Conclusion The application of mechanical ventilation therapy combined with muscle relaxant, sedative analgesic and Muyu San in patients with severe tetanus can achieve the desired and defi nite therapeutic effect, which is benefi cial to improve the quality of life of patients.
