摘 要:目的测定分析水刺无纺布建设项目职业病危害因素,评价作业人员的接触水平及职业病防护设施的控制效果。方法采用现场调查的方式进行职业病危害因素的分析与识别,按有关工作场所职业病危害因素检测的国家标准进行现场定量检测。结果水刺无纺布生产行业使用原料单一,存在噪声、粉尘等职业病危害因素,多数工种接触的噪声强度(LEX,40 h)达90 d B(A)。结论工作场所噪声超标原因主要是生产设备布局不当、防噪声设施不完善。Objective To determine occupational hazards of spunlace nonwoven construction project,to evaluate exposure dose of operating personnel and the control effect of occupation disease prevention facilities. Methods Field investigation was applied to analyze and recognize the occupational disease harm factors,according to the national standard for detection of occupational disease harm factors at the workplace to the on-site detection. Results The production industry of spunlaced non-woven fabric had a single raw material,and it had occupational hazards such as noise,and dust,the noise intensity of most of the work contacts was up to 90 d B( A). Conclusion The main reasons for the excessive noise in the workplace are the improper layout of the production equipment and the imperfect anti noise facilities.
