摘　　要：目的:探讨结构式心理护理干预对微整形透明质酸注射美容患者治疗期间焦虑和术后满意度的影响。方法:随机选取2017年1月—2017年12月微创治疗室接受治疗的100例透明质酸注射美容患者为研究对象,通过电脑排号分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。对照组患者接受常规护理,试验组患者给予结构式心理干预,比较2组患者的焦虑状态及术后满意度。采用SPSS 21.0软件包对数据进行统计学分析。结果:试验组患者治疗后情绪平稳,心理状态及患者满意度优于对照组;SAS量表得分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);试验组患者术后满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:对微整形透明质酸注射美容患者治疗期间实施结构式心理干预,能够帮助患者更好地改善心理状态,有效缓解患者的紧张焦虑情绪,提高患者满意度,减少医疗纠纷,值得临床推广应用。PURPOSE: To investigate the effect of structural psychological nursing intervention on anxiety and satisfaction of microscopic plastic hyaluronic acid injection in patients undergoing cosmetic treatment. METHODS: One hundred patients with microscopic hyaluronic acid injection who were treated in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected randomly. The patients were divided into control group and experimental group by computer, 50 patients in each group. Patients in the control group received routine care, while patients in the experimental group were given structured psychological interventions. The anxiety status and satisfaction were compared between the two groups using SPSS 21.0 software package. RESULTS: Patients in the experimental group had a stable mood after treatment, and the psychological status and patient satisfaction were better than those in the control group. The scores of SAS scale were lower than those in the control group(P <0.05). The satisfaction degree in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.01). CONCLUSIONS: Implementation of structural psychological intervention during micro-plastic hyaluronic acid injection for cosmetic patients can help to better improve their psychological status.
