甲巯咪唑联合左甲状腺素在甲状腺功能亢进症患儿中的疗效及安全性分析

摘　　要：目的探讨甲巯咪唑联合左甲状腺素在甲状腺功能亢进症患儿中的疗效及安全性。方法选取2016年5月～2018年5月期间本院诊治的80例甲状腺功能亢进症患儿为研究对象,将所有患儿按照随机数字表法分为两组。对照组采用甲巯咪唑进行治疗,观察组则采用甲巯咪唑联合左甲状腺素进行治疗。观察两组的临床总有效率、不良情况发生率及治疗前后的甲状腺体积及甲状腺素水平。结果观察组患儿的临床总有效率高于对照组患儿(P <0.05),不良情况发生率低于对照组患儿(P <0.05),治疗后的甲状腺体积小于对照组患儿(P <0.05),甲状腺素水平优于对照组患儿(P <0.05)。结论甲巯咪唑联合左甲状腺素在甲状腺功能亢进症患儿中的疗效及安全性均较好,临床应用价值较高。Objective To explore the curative effect and safety of methimazole combined with levothyroxine in treatment of children with hyperthyroidism. Methods 80 children with hyperthyroidism who were diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 were selected as the research objects and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method. The control group was treated with methimazole while the observation group was treated with methimazole combined with levothyroxine. The total effective rate of clinical treatment, incidence of adverse events, thyroid volume and thyroxine level before and after the treatments of two groups were observed. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment of children in the observation group was higher than that of children in the control group(P < 0.05). The incidence of adverse events of children in the observation group was lower than that of children in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the thyroid volume in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P < 0.05). After treatment, the thyroxine level of children in the observation group was better than that of children in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Methimazole combined with levothyroxine in treatment of children with hyperthyroidism has better curative effects and safety and its clinical application value is higher.
