摘  要:目的探讨前列地尔对糖尿病患者椎动脉供血不足引起的眩晕的临床疗效。方法选取我院于2015年10月~2017年10月收治的78例糖尿病合并椎动脉供血不足患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组和对照组各39例,对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上采用前列地尔注射液进行治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)评分和椎-基底动脉平均血流速度。结果研究组患者经治疗后眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)评分和椎-基底动脉平均血流速度明显改善,与对照组相比较,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论前列地尔治疗糖尿病患者椎动脉供血不足引起的眩晕显著减轻患者的眩晕症状,取得较好的的临床疗效。Objective To explore the clinical effect of alprostadil on vertigo caused by vertebral artery insufficiency in diabetic patients. Methods 78 patients with diabetes mellitus combined with vertebral artery insufficiency who were admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2015 to October 2017 were selected as research objects.According to the random number table method,they were divided into the study group and the control group,with39 cases in each group.The control group was given conventional treatment while the study group was treated with alprostadil injection on the basis of the control group.Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI) score and mean velocity of vertebral-basilar artery before and after treatment of two groups were compared. Results After treatment,the Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI) score and the mean velocity of vertebral-basilar artery in the study group were significantly improved compared with those in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil in the treatment of vertigo caused by vertebral artery insufficiency in diabetic patients can significantly reduce the vertigo symptoms of patients and achieve better clinical curative effects.
