摘  要:目的探讨还原型谷胱甘肽治疗新生儿G-6PD缺陷致病理性黄疸的效果。方法选取2016年11月~2018年1月我院收治的200例G-6PD缺陷致病理性黄疸新生儿为主要对象,采用随机数字表法分组,每组100例。两组患儿均接受蓝光照射治疗,观察组患儿在蓝光照射治疗基础上增加还原型谷胱甘肽治疗,对两组的临床治疗效果进行对比分析。结果观察组的治疗总有效率为96.0%,对照组为85.0%,两组对比,具有统计学差异(P <0.05);经治疗后,观察组患儿的MDA、NADPH水平、胆红素水平较治疗前明显改善,且明显优于对照组,两组对比差异有统计学意义(P <0.05);观察组的治疗时间明显短于对照组,且换血比例明显低于对照组,具有统计学差异(P <0.05);两组患儿的不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论还原型谷胱甘肽治疗新生儿G-6PD缺陷致病理性黄疸的效果显著,可快速消退黄疸症状,减少血红蛋白和蛋白膜氧化破坏程度,且安全性高,故值得进一步推广和应用。Objective To explore and analyze the curative effect of reduced glutathione in the treatment of pathological jaundice caused by neonatal G-6 PD deficiency. Methods 200 neonates with pathological jaundice caused by G-6 PD deficiency who were admitted and treated in our hospital from November 2016 to January 2018 were selected as research objects. According to random number method, they were divided into two groups, with 100 cases in each group. Children in two groups were all treated with blue light irradiation. Children in the observation group were treated with reduced glutathione on basis of blue light irradiation. The clinical curative effects of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.0% and that in the control group was 85.0%. There was significant differences between the two groups(P < 0.05). After treatment, the MDA, NADPH and bilirubin levels in the observation group were significantly improved compared with those before treatment. And the MDA, NADPH and bilirubin levels in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The treatment time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the exchange transfusion rate was significantly lower than that of the control group. There were significant differences(P < 0.05). There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions of children between the two groups(P > 0.05). Conclusion Reduced glutathione in treatment of pathological jaundice caused by neonatal G-6 PD deficiency has a significant effect. It can quickly eliminate the symptoms of jaundice and reduce the oxidative damagedegree of hemoglobin and protein membrane and it has high safety, which is worth further promotion and application.
