摘 要:目的探索注意缺陷多动障碍患儿感觉综合训练的护理体会。方法本次实验对象为注意缺陷多动障碍120例患儿(在2016年7月19日~2017年7月19日期间选取),采用计算机分组模式,观察组60例进行感觉综合训练,对照组60例进行常规训练模式。结果观察组儿童的多动指数评分、焦虑评分、冲动多动评分、心身问题评分、学习问题评分、品行问题评分、儿童依从性、家属满意度、意外事件发生率均优于对照组(P <0.05)。结论感觉综合训练用于注意缺陷多动障碍儿童中效果显著。Objective To explore the nursing experience of sensory integrative training in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. Methods One hundred and twenty children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder from July 19,2016 to July 19,2017 were selected as research objects.According to the computer grouping model,60 patents in the observation group were given sensory integrative training while 60 patients in the control group were given routine training mode. Results Hyperactivity index score,anxiety score,impulse hyperactivity score,psychosomatic problems a grade,study problem score,conduct problem score,children’s compliance,satisfaction of family members,incidence of accident events of children in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Sensory integrative training in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder has significant effect.
