腹部损伤导致肝破裂患者中优质护理的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析优质护理在腹部损伤导致肝破裂患者中的临床效果。方法选取我院2016年6月～2018年3月期间收治的94例腹部损伤导致肝破裂患者,根据护理方法分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理干预,观察组采用优质护理干预,对比分析两组患者的焦虑评分(SAS评分)、抑郁评分(SDS评分)、不良反应发生率以及护理满意度。结果观察组SAS评分(32.59±6.42)、SDS评分(35.64±5.87)和不良反应发生率(8.51%)均低于对照组[(43.15±6.57),(47.45±6.29),27.66%],其总体满意率(95.74%)则高于对照组(78.72%),其差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论优质护理在腹部损伤导致肝破裂中具有良好的应用效果,能够有效缓解患者的焦虑、抑郁等消极情绪,提高临床依从性和护理满意度,降低不良反应发生率,在临床上值得推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of high quality nursing on patients with hepatorrhexis caused by abdominal injury. Methods Ninety-four patients with hepatorrhexis caused by abdominal injury who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to March 2018 were selected.They were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the nursing method.The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention while the observation group was treated with high quality nursing intervention.The anxiety score(SAS score),depression score(SDS score),adverse reaction rate and nursing satisfaction in the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The SAS score(32.59±6.42),SDS score(35.64±5.87) and adverse reaction rate(8.51%) in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group[(43.15±6.57),(47.45±6.29),27.66%].The overall satisfaction rate(95.74%)was higher than that of the control group(78.72%),and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion High-quality nursing has a good application effect inhepatorrhexis caused by abdominal injury.It can effectively alleviate negative emotions such as anxiety and depression,improve clinical compliance and nursing satisfaction,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,which is worthy of popularization and application in clinical practice.
