急诊科乙醇中毒患者实施针对性护理的效果评价

摘　　要：目的探讨急诊科乙醇中毒患者实施针对性护理的效果评价。方法选择2015年2月～2018年1月至我院急诊科进行治疗的乙醇中毒患者62例作为研究对象,通过随机数字表法分为实验组和对照组各31例。对照组运用常规护理,实验组在其基础上运用针对性护理。比较两组患者的治疗效果及依从性。结果干预后,实验组患者显效率为93.55%,高于对照组67.74%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。两组患者干预前治疗及护理依从性差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05),干预后,实验组治疗依从率90.32%,高于对照组70.97%,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。实验组护理依从率87.10%,高于对照组64.52%,且差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论针对性护理有利于乙醇中毒患者提高疗效及依从性,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect evaluation of pertinent nursing for patients with alcoholism in department of emergency. Methods 62 patients with alcoholism who were treated in department of emergency of our hospital from February2015 to January 2018 were selected as research objects.They were divided into the experimental group and the control group according to random number table method,with 31 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing while the experimental group was given pertinent nursing at basis of routine nursing.The curative effect and compliance of patients in two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the obvious effective rate of the experimental group was 93.55%,higher than that of the control group 67.74%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in treatment and nursing compliance before nursing between the two groups(P > 0.05).After intervention,the compliance rate of treatment in the experimental group was 90.32%,higher than that of the control group 70.97%.The difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).The nursing compliance rate of the experimental group was 87.10%,higher than that of the control group 64.52%,and the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Conclusion Pertinent nursing is conducive to improving the curative effect and compliance of patients with alcoholism,which is worthy promoting.
