探讨神经内科疾病护理中康复护理对脑卒中患者的护理体会和临床疗效

摘　　要：目的分析神经内科疾病护理中康复护理对脑卒中患者的护理效果。方法选用70例2016年6月～2017年9月期间我院收治的脑卒中患者,随机分为常规组(n=35)和康复组(n=35),对常规组患者施加神经内科常规护理方法,常规护理基础上对康复组患者施加康复护理措施干预,观察比较两组患者护理满意度及临床疗效。结果康复组患者治疗总有效率为97.14%(34/35)明显高于常规组患者(P <0.05),常规组患者护理满意度为80.00%(28/35)明显低于康复组患者(P <0.05)。结论神经内科疾病护理中康复护理对脑卒中患者的护理效果显著,能有效辅助治疗,提高治疗效果,改善护患关系,提高患者护理满意度。Objective To analyze the nursing effect of rehabilitation nursing in disease nursing for stroke patients in department of neurology. Methods 70 patients with stroke who were admitted and treated in our hospital from June 2016 to September 2017 were selected and they were randomly divided into the routine group(n=35) and the rehabilitation group(n=35).Patients in the routine group were given routine nursing methods in department of neurology while patients in the rehabilitation group were given rehabilitation nursing intervention at basis of routine nursing.Nursing satisfaction and clinical curative effect of patients in two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the rehabilitation group was 97.14%(34/35),significantly higher than that in the routine group(P < 0.05).Nursing satisfaction of the routine group was 80.00%(28/35),significantly lower than that of the rehabilitation group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing in disease nursing for stroke patients in department of neurology has significant nursing effect.It can effectively assist the treatment,improve the curative effect,improve the relationship between nurses and patients,and improve nursing satisfaction of patients.
