摘  要:某车型轮罩外板冲压拉伸件,拉伸最深处达到280mm,按照行业标准拉伸深度超过200mm属于深度拉伸,拉伸模需开发2副模具,即一次拉伸模、二次拉伸模,但考虑的模具开发成本,新开发一副模具大约需要200万元。前期开发的冲压轮罩外板模具均使用顶杆压料,由于顶杆压料制件生产不稳定,经常出现拉毛、缩颈、开裂、起皱的质量缺陷。综合考虑成本因素、质量因素,使用氮气弹簧提供压料力,最终解决了深拉伸的冲压件质量问题。Aiming at the deep drawing die for cold stamping in automotive industry,the stamping drawing part for the outer panel of a certain type of wheel cover reaches 280mm.According to the industry standard,the drawing die needs to develop two pairs of dies,i.e.one drawing and two drawing.However,considering the cost of die development,it needs about 2 million yuan to develop a new pair of dies.The exterior plate dies of stamping wheel cover developed earlier all use ejector bar pressing material.Due to the unstable production of ejector bar pressing parts,quality defects such as hairing,necking,cracking and wrinkling often occur.Considering cost and quality factors comprehensively,nitrogen gas spring is used to provide material pressing force.Finally,the quality problem of deep drawing stamping parts was solved.
