摘　　要：乳化液作为综采工作面设备的传动介质,其浓度值适中与否直接影响着综采工作面的工作效率。基于此,介绍一套基于PLC控制的乳化液自动配比系统,并从该系统的工作原理、硬件设备的选型设计及系统的软件三方面对设计思路进行了阐述,为提高综采工作面乳化液浓度的控制精度奠定了基础。As the driving medium of the equipment in fully mechanized mining face,whether the concentration is moderate or not directly affects the working efficiency of the fully mechanized mining face.Based on this,this paper introduces a set of emulsion automatic proportioning system based on PLC control,and expounds the design idea from three aspects:the working principle of the system,the selection of hardware equipment and the software of the system. It lays a foundation for improving the control precision of emulsion concentration in fully mechanized mining face.
