摘 要:通过对采煤机工作时调速特性的研究,提出了基于嵌入式技术的采煤机电磁调速控制系统,对该控制系统的总体结构及工作原理进行了分析。分析认为,该电磁调速控制系统克服了传统的变频调速系统调速性能差、功率浪费严重的缺陷,可提高采煤机在恶劣工况下的控制精度和响应速度,确保驱动电机的运行安全,延长电机的使用寿命,同时可为采煤机可靠运行提供保证,实现无级调速的目的。Based on the study of the speed regulation characteristics of shearer,the electromagnetic speed regulation control system of shearer based on embedded technology is put forward,and the overall structure and working principle of the control system are analyzed.The analysis shows that the electromagnetic speed control system overcomes the disadvantages of poor speed regulation performance and serious power waste of the traditional frequency conversion speed regulation system.It can improve the control precision and response speed of the shearer under the bad working conditions and ensure the safety of the driving motor.Prolonging the service life of the motor and providing guarantee for the reliable operation of the shearer can realize the purpose of stepless speed regulation.
