摘  要:在加入等摩尔量碳的基础上,利用MgCO_3、CO_2和CO对760℃的AM60B合金进行了变质处理。结果表明:MgCO_3、CO_2和CO分别使AM60B的平均晶粒尺寸从213μm减小到了116,90和106μm;经MgCO_3,CO_2,CO变质处理后,AM60B合金的维氏硬度、抗拉强度、屈服强度和伸长率均有很大提升,CO_2变质后的AM60B合金力学性能最好,CO次之,MgCO_3最差。基于SEM、EDS以及XRD分析数据,MgCO_3、CO_2及CO气体具有相同的变质机理,即主要是因为加入这2种含碳变质剂后,熔体中的Al和C结合生成了Al4C3异质形核核心。Based on the equal addition amount of carbon,the effects of MgCO3,CO2 and CO on grain refinement of AM60B alloy were investigated.The results indicate that the average grain size of AM60B alloy decreases from 213μm to 116,90 and 106μm by the addition of MgCO3,CO2 and CO,respectively.Also,the Vickers hardness,tensile strength,yield strength and elongation of AM60B alloy inoculated by MgCO3,CO2 and CO are all improved in some degree;moreover,CO2 treated AM60B alloy has the best mechanical properties,followed by the CO treated and MgCO3 treated in sequence.In addition,supported by SEM,EDS and XRD,the observed Al4C3 particles as a result of the addition of MgCO3,CO2 and CO should be responsible for the grain refinement of treated AM60B alloy.
