摘  要:采用动态面板模型和系统GMM估计方法,实证检验不同政府支持路径对风电企业技术创新投入的影响。结果表明:政府补贴和税收优惠能够显著促进风电企业增加技术创新投入,且税收优惠促进效果优于政府补贴,而金融支持则显著抑制了企业技术创新投入。市场竞争程度越激烈,政府补贴及税收优惠对风电企业技术创新投入的促进作用越显著,而金融支持的作用效果不受市场竞争程度影响。风电企业所在行业技术水平越高,政府补贴及税收优惠对企业技术创新投入的激励效果越好,但对金融支持作用效果影响并不显著。The impact of different government support paths on the investment of wind power enterprises’technological innovation is empirically tested in this paper by the System Generalized Method of Moments with the data of wind power industry.Results show that:government subsidies and tax incentives can significantly increase the input of technological innovation for wind power enterprises,and the effect of tax incentives is better than that of government subsidies,while financial support significantly reduces technological innovation inputs.The more intense the market competition is,the more significant the government subsidy and tax preference will contribute to the technological innovation input of the wind power enterprises,and the effect of financial support is not affected by the market competition.The higher the technology level of the wind power industry is,the better the incentive effect of government subsidies and tax preferences on technological innovation input is,but the effect on financial support is not significant.
