摘　　要：目的:探究儿童发生泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌致重症肺炎的合适给药方案。方法:通过1例儿童泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌致重症肺炎患者的治疗经过,探究了其临床特点及治疗方案的可行性。结果:采用磷霉素与美罗培南抗感染治疗后,患者临床症状明显好转,治疗有效。结论:采用磷霉素与美罗培南联用治疗泛耐药铜绿假单胞菌感染患者的疗效是可行的,也是值得推荐的一种治疗方案。Objective:To explore the appropriate drug delivery scheme for severe pneumonia children caused bypan-drug resistant P. aeruginosa. Methods:Through the treatment of a child with severe pneumonia caused by pandrug-resistant P. aeruginosa,the clinical characteristics and feasibility of the treatment scheme were explored. Results:Af-ter the treatment with fosfomycin and meropenem,the clinical symptoms of the patient were significantly improvedand the treatment was effective. Conclusion:Fosfomycin combined with meropenem in the treatment of patients withpandrug-resistant pseudomonas aeruginosa infection is feasible,and it is worth while to recommended it.
