摘　　要：目的针对提高基层医疗服务能力现状,运用文献分析方法,利用CNKI、万方和维普等数据库,分别以"基层医疗"、"服务能力"、"服务效率"及"medical efficiency"等为主题词,检索2001—2017年间国内外基层医疗服务能力及效率等方面的研究,对其内容进行提取和总结。对基层医疗服务能力及服务效率现状进行综述,提炼出基层医疗服务能力和服务效率的研究模型以及影响因素。According to the current situation of improving the primary medical service ability,this article was conducted,applying the method of literature analysis to collate the databases such as CNKI,Wan-fang and Wei-pu et al. Using themes of "primary health care","service capability","service efficiency" and "medical efficiency",to search articles about the ability and efficiency of primary medical services in China and abroad from 2001-2017. Than extract and summarize the content. This review summarized the current situation of primary medical services ability and service efficiency,extracted the research model and influencing factors of primary medical service capacity and service efficiency.
