摘 要:以碳布为支撑体,采用相转化法制得掺锑二氧化锡(Sb-SnO_2)聚醚砜电催化有机膜。采用Sb-SnO_2聚醚砜电催化有机膜对直接红31染料进行降解,研究降解效果。采用X射线衍射对Sb-SnO_2聚醚砜电催化有机膜进行表征。考察了导电聚合物用量、催化剂用量、电解质用量以及电压、染料初始浓度等对Sb-SnO_2聚醚砜电催化有机膜降解直接红31染料的影响。研究表明,在导电聚合物聚苯胺用量为1.0g,催化剂Sb-SnO_2用量为2.0g,电解质氯化钠用量为8%(wt,质量分数),电压为2.6V,直接红31染料初始浓度为20mg/L条件下,Sb-SnO_2聚醚砜有机膜对直接红31染料降解效果较好,降解率达到96.74%。Sb-SnO2 polyether sulfone electric catalytic organic membrane was prepared via phase inversion method and used carbon fiber cloth as a support body.Direct red dye 31 was degraded by the membrane.The degradation effect was studied.The membrane was characterized via x-ray diffraction.The effect of conductive polymerization content,catalyst content,electrolyte content and the effect of voltage,dye initial concentration on the degradation of direct red dye 31 were investigated.The results showed that the membrane had good dye degradation efficiency when the content of conductive polymer polyaniline,the catalyst Sb-SnO2 and electrolyte NaCl were 1 g,2.0 g and 8%(wt),respectively,and the voltage was 2.6 V,the dye concentration was 20 mg/L.Under the aforementioned conditions,the degradation rate was 96.74%.
