摘 要:通过液相沉淀法制备了MnO^2-纳米碳球(MnO^2-NCs)复合粉末用作正极活性物质,与活性炭(AC)负极组成混合电化学电容器。利用电化学测试研究了正负极配比、工作电压宽度和充放电电流密度对电容器单体电容特性的影响。结果表明:以0.5mol/LNa_2SO_4水溶液为电解液的MnO^2-NCs/AC混合电容器单体的工作电压能够达到1.6~1.8V;当正负极配比为1.5时整体表现出最佳电容性能;单体以50mA恒流放电时的比容量相对10mA时保持率为68%~82%。MnO2-NCs(nano-carbon sphere)composite powder was prepared by liquid-phase precipitation method,then mixed eletrochemical capacitors incorporating the composite powder as the positive electrode active material and AC(activated carbon)as the negative electrode was fabricated.The effects of ratio of anode and cathode materials,operating voltage width and current density on the capacitance characteristics of monomer were studied by electrochemical test.Experiment results showed that the operating voltage of MnO2-NCs/AC can reach 1.6~1.8 V with 0.5 mol/L Na2SO4 as the electrolyte.When the ratio of positive and negative was 1.5,the monomer exhibited the best specific capacitance.And when galvanostatic charge-discharge at 50 mA,the specific capacitance of monomer maintained 68%~82%in comparison with that at 10 mA.
