摘  要:为了确定厚煤层大采高工作面回采巷道在煤层中的合理层位,提高煤层巷道围岩控制的可靠性,通过理论分析和数值模拟,研究了同等支护条件下在不同层位(沿顶掘进和沿底掘进)回采巷道的支护与围岩的相互作用效果。结果表明:在巷道高度小于煤层厚度的大采高一次采全厚综采工作面条件下,工作面回采巷道沿煤层顶板掘进与沿煤层底板掘进相比,巷道围岩控制更可靠,顶板更容易维护,可适当降低巷道顶板的支护强度。研究结果对优化大采高工作面回采巷道位置、有效控制巷道围岩、节约支护成本具有一定现实意义。In order to determine the reasonable placement of roadway in large mining working face of thick coal seam and improve the reliability of surrounding rock control, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation were conducted to study the different support and surrounding rock interaction effects under same support conditions in different layers. The results showed that when the roadway height is less than the coal seam thickness and fully-mechanized mining methods is used, the control of roadway surrounding rock is more reliable, the roof is easier control when the roadway is excavated along the coal seam floor, and can properly reduce the supporting strength of roadway roof. The research conclusion have certain practical significance for optimizing the layout of mining roadway in large mining face, effectively controlling the safety of surrounding rock and saving supporting cost.
