摘 要:研究偶联剂(偶联剂KH570和聚硅氧烷11-100)改性硫酸钙晶须对以丁腈橡胶为主体材料的吸水膨胀橡胶(WSR)拉伸性能和吸水性能的影响。结果表明:偶联剂尤其是聚硅氧烷11-100改性硫酸钙晶须后,WSR的300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和拉断伸长率均提高,吸水速率加快,吸水膨胀率增大,质量损失率减小;吸水初期WSR的拉伸强度提高,吸水平衡后WSR的拉伸强度下降到14. 52 MPa。The effect of calcium sulfate whisker modified by coupling agent(coupling agent KH570 and polysiloxane 11-100)on the tensile and water absorption properties of the water-swelling rubber(WSR)with nitrile rubber(NBR) as the main material was investigated. The results showed that,after the calcium sulfate whiskers were modified by coupling agents,especially polysiloxane 11-100,the modulus at 300% elongation,tensile strength and elongation at break of WSR were improved,the water absorption rate was accelerated,the water swelling rate increased,and the mass loss rate decreased. At the beginning stage of water absorption,the tensile strength of WSR was improved,and the tensile strength of WSR was reduced to 14. 52 MPa when the water swelling reached equilibrium.
