摘  要:斯特林制冷机膨胀机圆柱弹簧是决定斯特林制冷机冷量的关键件,其设计制造过程中产生的微小材料缺陷会使得弹簧在使用寿命内发生断裂造成制冷机故障。为了在圆柱弹簧应用前筛除残次件,提高产品可靠性,开展了一种精密圆柱弹簧跑合设备的设计与研究,并制备了设备样机。结果表明,提出的弹簧疲劳跑合设备具有较好的精度与跑合效果。Stirling cryocooler expanders are the key to determine the cool capacity of Stirling cryocooler.The small material defects generated during the design and manufacture process will cause the spring to break during the service life and cause the refrigerator to malfunction.In order to screen the residual parts before the application of the cylindrical spring and improve the re- liability of the product,a precision cylindrical spring and aprototype of the equipment were designed and studied.The results show that the spring fatigue running equipment proposed in this paper has good equipment precision and running-in effect.
