摘  要:针对变频压缩机的变工况运行特点,构建了一套变频电冰箱制冷循环实验系统,在压缩机的不同运转频率下,进行毛细管节流特性的实验研究。结果表明,输入电频率为90Hz时用单根毛细管节流,在毛细管出口处可以得到较低的工质干度和较高的制冷系统COP;输入电频率为110Hz时,双根毛细管并联节流效果最好。当输入电频率上升到100Hz以后,以双根毛细管并联代替单根毛细管节流,出口处工质干度降低13.9%,制冷系统COP提高10.3%。根据输入电频率的变化采用相应组合方式的毛细管进行节流,可以有效增加系统运行稳定性,提高制冷系统的性能系数。A refrigeration cycle experimental system of variable frequency refrigerator was constructed according to the characteristics of variable frequency compressor under variable working conditions,and experimental studies of capillary throttling characteristics were carried out at different operating frequencies of compressor.The results demonstrate that using single capillary to throttle can obtain lower dryness at the outlet of capillary and higher refrigeration system COP when the input electric frequency is 90 Hz;when the input electric frequency is 110 Hz,the throttling effect of double capillary in parallel is best.After the input electrical frequency rises to 100 Hz,double capillary in parallel instead of single capillary to throttle,the refrigerant dryness at the outlet of capillary reduces by 13.9% and the COP of refrigeration system increases by 10.3%.According to the change of the input electric frequency,the capillary with corresponding combination used for throttling can effectively increase the system operation stability and improve the performance coefficient of the refrigeration system.
