基于熵值赋权的区域“五化”耦合协调测度分析

摘　　要：通过构建"五化"协同发展综合评价指标体系,利用熵值法确定指标权重建立了区域"五化"协调发展测度模型以吉林省及其九州市"五化"协调发展现状为例进行了实证分析.结果表明:第一,2008-2015年吉林省的"五化"综合发展水平呈现稳定有升的趋势,新型工业化和城镇化在"五化"协调发展中起到引领作用,绿色化发展相对滞后;第二,吉林省九州市"五化"发展耦合度从低度耦合向中高度耦合发展,协调度从濒临失调过渡到勉强协调,再至初级、中级协调状态,整体协同发展趋势一直持续转好.最后,从促进"五化"协同发展、加强各子系统间相互协调发展、提高各化发展水平等方面提出了政策性建议.The aim of this paper is to give a comprehensive evaluation indicator system of "Five Modernization" coordinate development,a coupled coordination model of regional"Five Modernization" by using the entropy weighting method to compute the weights was constructed. In this paper, the empirical analysis of Jilin provincial and its nine regional"Five Modernization" coordinate development was made on the basis of this model. The empirical results show: First, the comprehensive development level of Jilin provincial "Five Modernization" keeps steadily rising from 2008 to 2015, in which new-type industrialization and urbanization play a leading role, but green development is relatively lagging behind;Second, for the nine regional "Five Modernization" coordinate development of Jilin province,the coupled degree underwent from low coupling to middlehigh coupling development, and the coordinated degree underwent the imbalance coordinate state to reluctantly coordinate state,then transitions to primary and intermediate coordination state, and the whole coordinate state shows a rising trend;Finally, some suggestions were given from the aspects of promoting"Five Modernization" coordinate development, enhancing the coordinate development level among sub-systems, raising every modernization’s development level and so on.
