摘  要:套管扶正器的安放问题一直以来都是石油作业的主要问题之一.基于纵横弯曲理论,考虑轴向载荷对梁弯曲变形的影响,将套管离散成BEAM188梁单元,进行几何非线性有限元分析.通过水平段、斜直段、曲率段算例与解析解对比,验证了有限元法的准确性.对某一水平井进行了有限元计算,结果表明:共安放60个扶正器,套管弯曲变形小于许可偏心距,满足工程要求.The placement of the casing centralizer has been one of the main problems of oil operations. Based on the theory of vertical and horizontal bending, considering the effect of axial load on the bending deformation of beam, the casings are separated into BEAM188 beam element, and the geometric nonlinear finite element analysis is carried out. The accuracy of the finite element method is verified by comparing the results of the horizontal segment,the deviated section, the curvature section with the analytic solution. The finite element calculation of a horizontal well is carried out. The results show that a total of 60 centralizers are placed, and the bending deformation of casing is less than the allowable eccentricity and satisfies the engineering requirements.
