摘　　要：合作社被赋予了较多时代需求,然而其发展近年来倍受质疑。文章在对林业合作社进行分类的基础上,从实证角度定量测算各类林业专业合作社的运行效率,并采用齐性分析方法分析不同类别合作社之间效率存在的差异。通过分析林业合作社高效运行的内在机理,力求反映林业合作社发展情况与存在的问题。Cooperatives have been given more mission of the times, but their development has been questioned in recent years. Based on the classification of forest professional cooperatives, this paper quantitatively measured the operational efficiency of various forest pofessional cooperatives from the empirical point of view, and utilized homogeneity analysis method to analyze the differences of efficiency between different types of cooperatives. By analyzing the inherent mechanism of efficient, this paper tried to reflect the development and existing problems of forest professional cooperatives.
