检察法制建设新的里程碑——参与《人民检察院组织法》修订研究工作的体会

摘　　要：2018年10月26日第十三届全国人民代表大会常务委员会第六次会议修订通过《中华人民共和国人民检察院组织法》。新修订的《人民检察院组织法》条文数量增加了近一倍,体例、内容上也做了较大修改完善。本次修法体现了多年来司法体制改革的重要成果,总结了近40年检察工作发展的经验,为继续坚持、巩固和发展中国特色社会主义检察制度提供了明确法律依据,是我国检察制度发展史上新的重要里程碑。On October 26th,2018,the Sixth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Thirteenth National People’s Congress passed the amended Organization Law of the People’s Procuratorate of the People’s Republic of China. The amended law has doubled the number of the articles,making a hugeimprovement on the structure and content of the statue. The amendment is an important achievement of the judicial system reform. It has summarized the working experience of the procuratorate in the last 40 years,and has provided an exact legal ground for upholding,consolidating and developing the procuratorate system with Chinese characteristics. It is a new important milestone of the development history of Chinese procuratorate system.
