摘 要:基于超声检测现有理论,通过理论推导和实际经验,设计了地下储气井超声检测系统。对检测系统周向、纵向检测时的偏心距选择、水层厚度、曲率半径、扫查方式等参数进行了理论分析,为储气井检测系统的设计提供了理论指导和依据。系统不仅保证了动态检测探头位置的稳定性,通过居中扶正装置还能保证在动态检测时探头的居中和数据采集的稳定可靠。An ultrasonic testing system for the underground gas storage well was designed based on ultrasonic testing theory and through theoretical derivation and practical experience.This article theoretically analyzes the parameters,such as the eccentric distance of the circumferential ultrasonic testing and longitudinal ultrasonic testing,water thickness,radius of curvature,scan mode and so on,thus providing theoretical guidance and means to make the underground gas storage well ultrasonic testing system.In order to guarantee the stability of the dynamic testing probe position,a vertical center device has been designed to enable the testing probe to be in the centered position and to acquire the data reliably.
