摘　　要：目的研究性别和疾病进程及其交互作用对性途径感染的艾滋病病毒感染者/患者(people living with HIV/AIDS,PLWHA)生存质量的影响,为提高其生存质量采取针对性措施。方法 2015年10月至2016年2月在常州市进行横断面调查研究,将性别与疾病进程及两个二分类变量的交互作用乘积项纳入线性相加模型,分析性别和疾病进程及其交互作用对性途径感染的PLWHA生存质量的影响。结果在社会关系和精神领域,不同性别同种感染途径的PLWHA,处于AIDS阶段的女性患者生存质量修正得分(11.62和10.99分)均低于处于HIV阶段女性患者的相应值(12.70和12.73分);不同性别不同感染途径的PLWHA,处于AIDS阶段女性患者的生存质量修正得分(11.73和10.81分)均低于处于HIV阶段女性患者的相应值(12.97和12.78分)。结论不管男性是同性途径感染还是异性途径感染,疾病进程对其生存质量的影响也不同;处于AIDS阶段的女性患者生存质量最差,作为社会弱势群体,应该得到更多的政策帮助和人文关怀。Objective To discuss the impact of gender,disease progression and their interaction on the quality of life(QoL)of people living with HIV/AIDS(PLWHA). Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted from October 2015 to February 2016 in Changzhou.The impacts of gender,disease progression and their interaction on the quality of life of PLWHA were assessed by incorporating the product of the interaction of gender and disease progression and two binary variables into the linear additive model. Results In social relation and psychiatric field,the adjusted scores of quality of life of women with AIDS(11.62,10.99)were lower than that of women with early HIV infection(12.70,12.73)among different gender of PLWHA both with the same and different infection routes,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Gender and HIV/AIDS stage have impacts on the QoL of PLWH regardless of homosexual or heterosexual infection.The QoL of female patients with AIDS is the lowerst,therefore they need more help and humanistic care.
