湿润烧伤膏联合胰岛素外用治疗糖尿病足坏疽的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的观察湿润烧伤膏联合胰岛素治疗糖尿病足坏疽患者的临床效果。方法选择医院收治的糖尿病足坏疽患者76例为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组38例。对照组应用湿润烧伤膏治疗,观察组则采取湿润烧伤膏联合胰岛素治疗,比较2组创面愈合时间、总有效率、病死率和手术修复情况。结果观察组总有效率为94. 74%、病死率为0,对照组总有效率为89. 47%、病死率为2. 63%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05);观察组手术修复愈合率为68. 42%,高于对照组的39. 47%(P <0. 05);观察组创面愈合时间为(21. 85±1. 62) d,短于对照组的(32. 58±2. 97) d(P <0. 01)。结论湿润烧伤膏联合胰岛素治疗糖尿病足坏疽患者的效果显著,可有效提高治愈率,促进患者手术后修复愈合,值得临床进一步推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Moist Exposed Burn Ointment( MEBO) combined with insulin in the treatment of diabetic foot gangrene. Methods Seventy-six patients with diabetic foot gangrene were randomly divided into observation group and control group,38 cases in each group. The control group was treated with MEBO only,while the observation group was treated with MEBO combined with insulin. The wound healing time,total effective rate,mortality and surgical repair were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was94. 74%,the mortality rate was 0,and the total effective rate of the control group was 89. 47%,the mortality rate was2. 63%. There was no significant difference between the two groups( P > 0. 05). The healing rate of the observation group was68. 42%,which was higher than 39. 47% of the control group( P < 0. 05). The healing time of wound in the observation group was( 21. 85 ± 1. 62) days,which was shorter than that in the control group( 32. 58 ± 2. 97) days( P < 0. 01). Conclusion MEBO combined with insulin in the treatment of diabetic foot gangrene has a significant effect,which can effectively improve the cure rate and promote the repair and healing of the affected area after operation. It is worthy of clinical application.
