摘 要:针对某加热炉支撑管柱结构,借助有限元软件,初步分析了其在炉管重力荷载及摩擦力荷载作用下强度情况。结果表明其强度裕量较多,具有较大的可优化空间。在此基础上,建立了该管柱结构的参数化模型,采用Workbench中Design Exploration模块对管柱进行了多目标优化。最终使该管柱在满足强度及变形要求的前提下,重量显著减少,节省了材料。同时该工作为其他类似结构的优化提供了借鉴。A heaters'tube support structure composed of tubular column was analyzed by finite elementsoflware,and the strength of tubular column under the action of gravity and friction loadwas calculated.The result showed that the strength allowance of tubular column was more than estimated,so the tubular column can be further optimized.On this basis,this paperbuilt a parametric model of tubular column and implemented multi-objective optimization for tubular column by Design Exploration of Workbench;which finally reduced the weight of tubular column significantly and saved material,under the premise of the strength and deformation of tubular column meet the requirements.And besides,this job provided a reference for the similar structural optimization.
