摘　　要：国际居民评估工具(interRAI)目前广泛应用于40余个国家和地区,推动了有循证医学证据的临床实践和政策决策。本文对其在老年学和老年医学中的应用进行总结,重点介绍其在患者管理、照护质量控制、控费和资源配置、转诊和远程医疗等方面的成功经验,以期对我国的卫生保健和照护质量的提升提供参考。International resident assessment instrument (interRAI)is now involving in more than fourty countries and districts.It is an international collaborative to improve evidence-based clinical practice and policy making.We tried to summarize the implementation of interRAI systems in geriatric medicine and gerontology by referances review,especially focusing on patients management,health care quality contral,resources usage,transitional care and telemedicine.These successful expereince may be helpful in improving the quality of health care in China.
