摘　　要：介绍国外急诊安宁疗护的模式,包括急诊-安宁疗护团队的合作模式,急诊安宁疗护咨询小组模式,以及急诊-安宁疗护机构的合作模式。提示我国急诊科对安宁疗护模式的展开应进行多团队合作,可促进医院对安宁疗护患者的有效识别与管理,以做好患者生命最后一程的关怀和服务。This paper introduced the development mode of emergency hospice care abroad,including the emergency department-based consultation programs initiated by the hospital palliative care team,the hospice care initiated by the emergency department ambulance nursing staff,and emergency department partnerships with hospice providers.It is suggested that the emergency department in China should carry out multi-team cooperation on the development of the hospice care model,which can promote the effective identification and management of hospital hospice care patients,and provide the best care and service for the last journey of life.
