长影旧址历史地段体验式电影文化商业的营造探讨

摘　　要：长影旧址历史地段作为长春工业遗产历史地段,承载着文化商业娱乐的作用。旧址历史地段商铺质量参差不齐,严重影响了电影文化片区的风貌整体性。本文从重置空间布局入手,通过建设开敞式城市广场,置入步行街体系,引入文化商业节点,打造体验式电影文化商业片区。对干路沿线商铺进行统一电影风格改造,进行景观风格化设计,以电影特色打造长春本地的文化名片。As a historical site of Changchun’s industrial heritage, the historic site of Changying is carrying the role of cultural commerce and entertainment. The quality of the shops in historical sites is uneven, showing a polarization state, which seriously affects the integrity of the film culture area. Based on consumer psychology and behavior, this paper reconstructs the movie commercial skeleton in the protected area and its surrounding areas. In the protection area, starting with the layout of the space, through the construction of open city square, the pedestrian street system is placed and the cultural business nodes are introduced to create a experience film culture and commercial section. At the periphery of the protection area, the film style of the shops along the dry road is reformed, and the landscape style is designed, and the local cultural card of Changchun is created with the feature of the film.
