内科急危重病与休克

摘　　要：内科一些疾病可出现多种严重并发症,其中一些急危重病可并发休克,不及时救治可危及生命,尽早积极治疗可使多数患者转危为安。笔者结合40余年临床工作经验,就内科急危重病合并休克的分类、引起休克的内科常见急危重病病种及其合并休克时的救治基本原则措施等方面做一阐述。Some diseases of internal medicine can produce many kinds of serious complications,some of which can be accompanied by shock,not timely treatment can endanger life,early active treatment can turn most patients into safety.Combining more than 40 years of clinical work experience,the author elaborates on the classification of medicine emergency critical disease combined with shock,the common critical illness of the internal medicine causing shock and the basic principles and measures for treatment of shock.
