摘　　要：目的研究保心宁片对冠脉结扎大鼠心肌缺血的保护作用,并探讨其作用机制。方法 Wistar大鼠按体质量随机分为对照组、模型组、复方丹参滴丸组、保心宁片低、中、高剂量组,复方丹参滴丸剂量为0.15g.kg^(-1)、保心宁片按0.5、1.0、2.0 g.kg^(-1)按10 mL.kg^(-1)给药。于第7天给药30 min后通过结扎冠脉建立大鼠心肌缺血模型。测定血清CK、CK-MB、cTn-Ⅰ、、MyoG、LDH含量,心脏组织匀浆中MDA含量和SOD活性,计算心肌梗死面积。结果与模型组比较,各组LDH、CK、CK-MB、cTn-Ⅰ、MyoG活性均明显降低,组织匀浆中SOD活力增加,MDA含量降低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05);各组心肌梗死面积均明显降低,具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论保心宁片对冠脉结扎大鼠心肌缺血具有保护作用,可能是增强冠脉供血和心肌代谢,改善心功能,有效抑制大鼠心肌缺血梗死。Objective:To evaluate the protective effect of Baoxinning Tablets on myocardial ischemia in rats with coronary artery ligation,and study its mechanisms. Methods:Sixty male Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, model group, Compound danshen dripping pills group, and Baoxinning Tablets low, medium, and high dose group according to body weight. The dose of Compound danshen dripping pills was 0.15 g.kg^-1,and rats in these group were ig administer 10 mL.kg^-1. Rats in Baoxinning Tablets were ig administer Baoxinning Tablets 0.5, 1.0, and 2.0.7th day of administration of 30 min.The activity of serum CK、CK-MB、cTn-Ⅰ,MyoG and lactate LDH were determined, the activity of SOD and MDA in tissue homogenate and cardiac index g.kg^-1.Myocardial ischemia model of rats was established by ligating coronary artery after and myocardial infarction were calculated. Results:Compared with the model group, LDH、CK、CK-MB、cTn-Ⅰ and MyoG activity in each group was significantly decreased, the activity of SOD was significantly increased and MDA was significantly decreased, there was difference between two groups (P <0.05);area of myocardial infarction were significantly decreased, and there was difference between two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion:Baoxinning Tablets has protective effect on myocardial ischemia in rats with coronary artery ligation, which may enhance coronary blood supply and myocardial metabolism, improve cardiac function, and effectively inhibit myocardial ischemia in rats.
