摘　　要：奥马哈系统是一套标准化护理语言体系。随着脑卒中的发病率、患病率及死亡率逐年上升,脑卒中康复治疗也已经由医院逐渐延伸到社区中。奥马哈系统作为一种标准化护理语言和分类系统在脑卒中康复护理方面有一定的优势。因此,本文就近年来奥马哈系统与其他护理标准语言进行对比,还有针对奥马哈系统在脑卒中康复护理中的应用研究进展进行综述,以期为我国护理人员应用奥马哈系统对脑卒中患者实施康复护理干预时提供借鉴和参考。Omaha system is a set of standardized nursing language system.With the incidence,morbidity and mortality of stroke increasing year by year,the rehabilitation of stroke patients has also been extended from hospital to community.As a standardized nursing language and classification system,Omaha system has some advantages in stroke rehabilitation nursing.Hence,in this study,we make a comparison between the Omaha system and other standard languages in recent years,and then summarize and look ahead the research progress of Omaha system to provide reference for nursing staff of our country when they use Omaha system to carry out rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients.
