环磷酰胺联合糖皮质激素治疗以肾病综合征为临床表现的特发性膜性肾病的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨环磷酰胺联合糖皮质激素治疗以肾病综合征为临床表现的特发性膜性肾病的效果。方法:选取108例临床表现为肾病综合征的特发性膜性肾病患者,随机分为对照组(n=54)与观察组(n=54),对照组采用醋酸泼尼松治疗,观察组在醋酸泼尼松治疗基础上添加环磷酰胺。对两组患者的临床疗效进行比较。结果:观察组尿蛋白及血白蛋白指标、临床疗效、不良反应发生率、满意度均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用环磷酰胺联合糖皮质激素治疗以肾病综合征为临床表现的特发性膜性肾病具有显著效果,能改善患者尿蛋白及血白蛋白指标,提高患者满意度。Objective:To observe the efficacy of cyclophosphamide combined with glucocorticoid therapy in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy with nephrotic syndrome.Methods:108 patients with idiopathic membranous nephropathy who had clinical manifestations of nephrotic syndrome admitted were randomly divided into control group(n=54) and observation group(n=54).The control group was treated with prednisone acetate,and the observation group was given cyclophosphamide on the basis of prednisone acetate.The clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients was compared.Results:The urine protein quantitation and serum albumin,clinical efficacy,adverse reaction rate and satisfaction were better in the observation group than those of the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of cyclophosphamide combined with glucocorticoid in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy with nephrotic syndrome has a significant effect.It is worthy of promotion to improve protein quantification and serum albumin and improve patient satisfaction.
